On Wednesday 30 April, we held an athletics trial event for students in years 8, 9, and 10 in preparation for an upcoming competition at Ashfield Comprehensive School on Monday 12 May.
The event was well attended, with around 50 students taking part. All students demonstrated great determination and were highly competitive, with some achieving personal bests. It was a beautiful, sunny evening, and it was lovely to see our students enjoying the sunshine.
A big well done to all who took part, and good luck to those competing in the event at Ashfield Comprehensive School next week.
