To celebrate science week the Chemistry Club have demonstrating their newly found practical skills to their fellow classmates. They put a lot of work into the lunch time extravaganza on Friday where students from all year groups came and took part in activities all ran by the Chemistry Club. These activities included making crystal gardens, bouncy balls and colour changing shaky bottles.

Each activity had a group from the club running it and it was inspiring to see how confident they were showing other people how to do the experiments as well as explaining to others why the results happened. As well as giving up their time during lunch to take part they have also been attending the Chemistry Club P7 every Thursday where they learnt the skills to be able to complete the activities and had lots of fun.
