A number of year 10 students took part in our first remote ‘Holgate Achievers’ event this week as reward for their hard work towards our core ethos of manners, determination and teamwork.
The task for our students was an online Escape Room, which relies on problem solving and teamwork to be successful. Everyone had to work as part of CSI teams to solve a fictional murder-mystery on a plane, cracking the codes to open suitcases and find out ‘whodunnit’!
Shannon D, Chelsea J, Rhianna W, Jazmine P and Callum B who beat off some tough competition to be the first of our teams to successfully solve the case.
All our students and their teams demonstrated great teamwork and managed to complete the challenge before the time ran out. Well done to everyone who took part.
