Last week, our year 11 students had the invaluable opportunity to participate in a mock interview. Each year, we invite employers from our local community to conduct structured interviews that help our students practise their interview skills and equip them for future success.
Despite some initial apprehension and nervousness, our students performed extremely well under pressure and agreed that the experience was both positive and worthwhile. They also noted that it helped build their confidence and would certainly assist them in future job interviews.
Feedback from our interviewers was extremely positive, further demonstrating how well our students performed on the day. A big well done to all who took part, and a huge thank you to our interviewers, especially Nottinghamshire Police, who sent additional officers to support our students with this invaluable exercise.
Our students rose to the occasion, and once again, the event was a resounding success.
