Transition meeting for Year 6 parents/carers joining Holgate in September 2019
In preparation for welcoming your son or daughter to The Holgate Academy, we would like to invite you to join us on Thursday, 2nd May 2019 to discuss what you and your child can expect from the transition process between now and September.
The meeting will be held in the Hillcrest Hall and will provide you with an opportunity to be introduced to key members of staff as well as receiving all of the information you will need to ensure that your child’s transition is as smooth as possible.
Due to the large number of students joining us in September it is necessary to run two sessions on the evening. Each student has been allocated two spaces for their meeting. The information below shows which meeting you should attend.
5:30pm – parents/ carers of students at the following primary schools:
Edgewood, Holgate, Hillside, Linby Cum Papplwick C of E, Awsworth, Springfield, Cantrell and Hogarth.
6:30pm – parents/ carers of students at the following primary schools:
Broomhill, Leen Mills, Beardall Fields, Hawthorne, National C of E, Concord, Bramcote Hills, Newstead, Glade Hill, Underwood, Crabtree Farm, Stanstead, Hempshill, Kingsway, Southwark and Mellers.
