On 7 July, the weather forecast threatened to push our year 7 into 8 achievers event inside but as the sun broke through the clouds and shone down on us, it was perfect timing to celebrate our amazing Holgate achievers.
As part of our positive reinforcement programme, the students enjoyed a variety of activities from rounders to party games and colouring to twister, before being presented with certificates which we are sure are now being proudly displayed on mantelpieces and fridge doors.
A huge congratulations to all the students involved – we hope you enjoyed the afternoon as much as we did.
