Why study child development?

This course would be suitable for anyone who has a career interest in working with children. It also supports careers that involve communicating and working with other people. Students must consider themselves to be a caring person and have an interest in the subject area.

The course will not involve a work placement but we can support interested students in finding suitable childcare placements as part of their year 10 work experience.
